Juliana Stein was born in Passo Fundo (Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil), in 1970. She graduated with a major in psychology from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) in 1992. After graduation, she lived for two years in Italy, where she attended courses of Art History, Drawing and Watercolor Painting. Stein began to photograph in the late 90
