Cambridge /'keɪm.brɪdʒ/ est une ville d’Angleterre, au Royaume-Uni, située à 100 km au nord de Londres, sur la rivière Cam. Elle est connue pour son université de renommée mondiale, la deuxième plus ancienne d'Angleterre après celle d'Oxford. Elle est également le centre administratif du comté du Cambridgeshire. Depuis 1951, Cambridge possède officiellement le statut de cité. En 2018, la population de la ville était estimée à 125 758 habitants, dont plus de 24 000 étudiants . Aujourd'hui, 31 collèges sont gérés de manière autonome et indépendante, assurant l'hébergement et le suivi pédagogique des étudiants tandis que l'université se charge de l'enseignement. Aujourd'hui Cambridge est au cœur d'un centre de techniques de pointe surnommé le Silicon Fen . Wesley House

Wesley House was founded as a Methodist theological college in Jesus Lane, Cambridge, England. It opened in 1921 as a place for the education of Methodist ministers and today serves as a gateway to theological scholarship for students and scholars of the Wesleyan and Methodist traditions from around the world. It was a founding member of the Cambridge Theological Federation, an ecumenical body of theological colleges in Cambridge which is affiliated to but independent of the University of Cambridge.

The Cambridge Union Society, also known as the Cambridge Union, is a debating and free speech society in Cambridge, England and the largest society in the University of Cambridge. Founded in 1815, it is the oldest continuously running debating society in the world. Additionally, the Cambridge Union has served as a model for the foundation of similar societies at several other prominent universities, including the Oxford Union and the Yale Political Union. The Union is a private society with membership open to all students of Cambridge University, and more recently Anglia Ruskin University. The Cambridge Union is a registered charity and is completely separate from the Cambridge University Students' Union. The Cambridge Union has a long and extensive tradition of hosting prominent figures from all areas of public life in its chamber, both state- and international-based, including the Dalai Lama, President Ronald Reagan, Bill Gates, Stephen Hawking, Prime Ministers Winston Churchill, Margaret Thatcher and John Major, presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, and comedian Stephen Fry. Previous presidents of the Cambridge Union have included Arianna Huffington, and the economist John Maynard Keynes.

Modern Asian Studies is a bimonthly peer-reviewed academic journal in the field of Asian studies, published by Cambridge University Press. The journal was established in 1967 by the Syndics of the University of Cambridge and the Committee of Directors at the Centre of South Asian Studies , a joint initiative among SOAS University of London, University of Cambridge, University of Hull, University of Leeds, and University of Sheffield. The journal covers the history, sociology, economics, and culture of modern Asia. The editor is Norbert Peabody .
