St. Peter und Alexander (Aschaffenburg)

The Kollegiatsstift St. Peter und Alexander is a Catholic church located in Aschaffenburg, Bavaria, Germany. It is the town's oldest church, established in the 10th century, dedicated to Saint Peter and Saint Alexander. The main building was built as a Roman basilica,while other phases were built in the early Gothic style. The current structure is a cruciform basilica, reflecting a variety of styles including a Romanesque nave from the 12th century and a 15th-century tower. The church is also notable for its Renaissance painting Beweinung Christi by Matthias Grünewald and the 10th-century Triumphkreuz. The Stiftskirche is open to the public and serves as a Roman Catholic parish church. A museum in the former chapter house exhibits church treasures and other historical artifacts. The associated collegiate church was classified historical monument of Bavaria. Situated on top of a hill, the church has good views of the city of Aschaffenburg. The architecture of the monastery reflects different periods, from pre-Romanesque to the seventeenth century, although most of the current buildings date back to the 12th and 13th centuries.

Jagdschloss Grunewald

The Jagdschloss Grunewald, a hunting lodge, is the oldest preserved castle of Berlin, Germany. It is on the south waterfront of the Grunewaldsee and is part of the locality Dahlem in the borough Steglitz-Zehlendorf. The Jagdschloss was built in 1542/1543. Its owner was Joachim II Hector the prince-elector of the Margraviate of Brandenburg. The building was created in the Renaissance style and got the name Zum grünen Wald, "to the green forest", and gave the whole Grunewald its name. Around 1800 the château got the name Grunewald too. During reconstructions between 1705 and 1708 by Frederick I, the first king of Prussia, it got its Baroque design by master builder Martin Grünberg. The Jagdschloss has been administered by the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation Berlin-Brandenburg since 1932 and is used as a museum. It contains paintings by Lucas Cranach the Elder, his son Lucas Cranach the Younger, and from the Netherlands and Germany from 15th to 19th century. The Jagdschloss has the sole hall in Berlin from the time of the Renaissance. Since 1977 a hunting kit collection has been established in a nearby building.

カイザー・ヴィルヘルム記念教会(ドイツ語: Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche )は、ドイツ連邦共和国、ベルリン、シャルロッテンブルク=ヴィルマースドルフ区のシャルロッテンブルク地区にある福音主義教会である。ヴィルヘルム皇帝記念教会とも訳される。カイザー・ヴィルヘルム記念教会福音主義共同体がここでルター派礼拝をおこなっている。 空襲で破壊されたままの旧教会堂鐘楼、ドイツ皇帝一家を記念し、戦争を警告する記念碑として残されている旧教会堂ホール、エゴン・アイアーマンによって設計されたモダンな新教会堂と新鐘楼で構成されているカイザー・ヴィルヘルム記念教会はベルリン西部地区を代表する建築物である。

The Moritzburg is a fortified castle in Halle , Germany. The cornerstone of what would later become the residence of the Archbishops of Magdeburg was laid in 1484; the castle was built in the style of the Early Renaissance. Since the end of the 19th century it has housed an arts museum which is recognised as being of national importance.
