Tjumen' è una città della Russia siberiana occidentale. È capoluogo degli omonimi oblast' e rajon, pur essendo amministrativamente separata da quest'ultimo.
Prima città della Siberia, fondata nel XVI secolo a sostegno dell'espansione russa ad est, la città è rimasta uno dei più importanti centri industriali ed economici ad est della catena degli Urali. Situata all'incrocio di diverse ed importanti vie commerciali e con facile accesso alle vie navigabili, si è rapidamente sviluppata da un piccolo insediamento militare in una grande città commerciale e industriale.
Tjumen' è il fulcro del trasporto industriale dell'Oblast' di Tjumen', una vasta regione ricca di petrolio che si estende dal confine con il Kazakistan all'Oceano Artico, così come la sede di molte aziende russe che si occupano di petrolio e gas naturale. La città oggi è uno dei centri d'affari più importanti della Russia ed è anche in primo piano nella vita politica e culturale del paese.

I suoi dipinti sono costruiti su ampie pennellate e un'ampia applicazione pittorica utilizzata per catturare la bellezza e i colori dei paesaggi dell'Ontario. La morte accidentale di Thomson a 39 anni avvenne poco prima della fondazione del Gruppo dei Sette ed è recepita come una tragedia nel mondo dell'arte canadese.
The Tolsey Museum is a local museum in the town of Burford, west Oxfordshire, England.The Tolsey Museum is located on Burford's main street in a Tudor market/court house. It is a black and white timber-fronted building on stone pillars. In medieval times, the building was a meeting point for wool merchants. Tolls and taxes were also paid here. The building was included in the BBC Domesday Project.The collection covers local history, culture, and industry. Exhibits at the museum include the town maces, charters and seals of guilds, a doll's house, and objects related to brewing, rope-making, and stone quarrying.
The Tolpuddle Martyrs were six agricultural labourers from the village of Tolpuddle in Dorset, England, who, in 1834, were convicted of swearing a secret oath as members of the Friendly Society of Agricultural Labourers. They were arrested on a legal technicality during a labour dispute against cutting wages before being convicted in R v Lovelass and Others and sentenced to penal transportation to Australia. They were pardoned in 1836 after mass protests by sympathisers and support from Lord John Russell and returned to England between 1837 and 1839.

Il parco è in gran parte coperto da bosco di latifoglie e qualche conifera. È attraversato oltre ai corsi da molti sentieri pedonali o ciclabili, e al suo interno si trovano molti prati e laghetti.
La parte sud-ovest del parco è occupata dallo Zoo di Berlino.
Il Theresienwiese è uno spazio pubblico di 420.000 m², situato nel quartiere di Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt a Monaco di Baviera, sede della Oktoberfest. Al suo interno è stato eretto un memoriale alle vittime dell'attentato terroristico avvenuto durante l'Oktoberfest del 1980.
The Sherwood Foresters was a line infantry regiment of the British Army in existence for just under 90 years, from 1881 to 1970. In 1970, the regiment was amalgamated with the Worcestershire Regiment to form the Worcestershire and Sherwood Foresters Regiment, which in 2007 was amalgamated with the Cheshire Regiment and the Staffordshire Regiment to form the present Mercian Regiment. The lineage of the Sherwood Foresters is now continued by The Mercian Regiment.

The Royal Yeomanry is the senior reserve light cavalry regiment of the British Army. Equipped with Supacat Jackal variants and the Land Rover RWMIK, their role is to conduct mounted and dismounted formation reconnaissance. The Regimental Headquarters is located in Leicester, with squadrons in Fulham, Nottingham, Dudley, Croydon , Telford and Leicester.The regiment is part of the Royal Armoured Corps and is paired with and supports the 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards . QDG and RY together form the light cavalry reconnaissance component of 7th Infantry Brigade , serving alongside six infantry battalions . The RY is one of three light cavalry reserve regiments in 1st Division.

The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards is a cavalry regiment of the British Army, and the senior Scottish regiment. The regiment, through the Royal Scots Greys, is the oldest surviving Cavalry Regiment of the Line in the British Army. The regiment is currently based at Leuchars Station, as part of the Scottish 51st Infantry Brigade.
